| RACE DAY TRANSPORTATION INFORMATION 1/24/2006 |

On race day, there are several transportation options:
Drive to the start. There are 4,000 parking spaces there. It is strongly recommended that you arrive by 6:00 a.m. There will be traffic, please plan accordingly. The start line is located in the Freescale Semiconductor parking lot at 7700 West Parmer Lane.
Take the shuttle from the marathon finish to the start line. You will need a shuttle wristband to ride the bus. These wristbands will be on sale at the expo and cost $4. The wristbands are good all day. PLEASE NOTE: it is a 30 - 45 minute bus ride from the marathon finish line to the start. Please be on the bus by no later than 5:30 a.m. Shuttles at the marathon finish line will line up on South 1st Street outside of RunTex, 420 West Riverside Dr.
Parking will be available at Palmer Events Center (site of the expo) at no charge.
Take the shuttle from the HALF marathon finish line to the start line. You will need a shuttle wristband to ride the bus. These wristbands will be on sale at the expo and cost $4. The wristbands are good all day. The half marathon finish line is closer to the start than the marathon finish line and should have much smaller crowds than the marathon finish line. Please be on the bus by no later than 6:00 a.m. The half marathon finish line is located in the Northcross Mall parking lot on the west side and has plenty of parking.
Take the shuttle from the HALF marathon finish line to the FULL marathon finish lineto support your fellow runners.
Spectators can ride the shuttles as long as they have purchased a wristband. Wristbands can be purchased at the expo.
Shuttles will run in-between the start and both finish lines all day until 3:00 p.m.
All shuttles will follow the same route.
